Payment of 5000 FCFA is required before a stolen phone report can be registered.
Step 1
Ownership, device, and incident
First complete the owner, device, incident, ownership proof, and police report if available before any payment starts.
Recommended evidence pack
Upload your ownership proof at minimum. Adding a police report also strengthens the case review for sensitive situations or incidents already declared to the authorities.
Step 2
Final review and submission
Once the case is complete, submission opens payment and sends the case automatically as soon as payment is verified.
